Best dried apples I've ever had! May 17, 2008 Deb Maubach (Middle Tennessee) These are definitely the best dried apples I've tried, and I'm a big dried fruit fan. They are not the typical brown and soggy dried apple, but are the perfect texture, and very tasty. My son takes them to college and has a hard time hanging on to them, seems everyone likes them! There are little pieces of the core on about 5% of the pieces, but they're organic, so I guess it makes up for it. I don't really like to eat dried fruit that isn't organic, think about it....
As for the little tiny pieces at the bottom of the bag that some of the reviewers don't care for, try sprinkling those on your oatmeal or cereal in the morning and you'll wish there were more of them!
These are the best when it comes to low-calorie, low-fat snacks, but you do want to be careful about eating too much....remember, there are FOUR apples in that little bag..... :-\
not bad for snack January 11, 2008 Mei K. Lee (SF, CA) a little bit too chewy for me, that's why I give it a 4 star. but i like the taste and everything else.
Very disappointed.! December 11, 2007 Ellen Plotkin (Brooklyn, N.Y. USA) I was very disappointed in the taste of these. I found them very unpleasant as I usually like dried apples as a snack on WW but these aren't sweet or crunchy at all. Dosen't even taste like apples .It is more like a chore to eat these. I liked the Sensible Foods brand much better. I would not recommend this brand at all.
Pretty good September 29, 2007 Tangqing Li Pretty good product. Not much to say about the taste. It is apple and taste like apple.
