Great product June 1, 2010 Barry Cohen Great tasting tea, I make a blend of ice tea, using red, white, green and oolong tea without any sugar at all, tastes great without sugar.
Very good quality for the price May 26, 2010 denilea 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I use a very large mug for tea, and after reading some reviews I worried that using two bags would offset the low price. There is no need for two bags. Red tea doesn't contains the tannins that cause bitterness if left to brew too long, so it's fine to leave the bag in the cup. I feel it's perfectly full flavored.
I really appreciate Davidsons commitment to organic farming methods, and that is another reason I will continue to buy this tea.
Low cost a plus, quality a minus April 19, 2010 Caldwood (BEAUMONT, TX USA) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
The bags come loose in a thin cardboad box. There is no string on each bag, so you have to fish them out with fingers or spoon or such. There seems to be less tea than usual in each bar, or the tea is weak (if that is possible, I'm not tea expert so I'm guessing at why the tea I brew comes out so much weaker than with other brands of rooibos). I have to use two bags to get a cup of tea that has some real taste, unlike other more expensive brands. Overall, I'll use these up rather quickly because it takes two vs one, and then I will not order anymore of this brand.
Nice Rooibos Tea February 21, 2010 Mel V (Riverton, UT United States) I was introduced to Rooibos Tea by a South African ex-pat. I love it, but it can be hard to find where I live. Davidson's brand smells and tastes like it should and is a good value.
