My daughter is allergic to wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, and oats. This is a great replacement! She can't tell the difference, so she doesn't feel slighted in the least. It's great when reheated, too. Some of the rice pastas we've tried disintegrated when we tried to reheat.

I have tried about every gluten-free product out there since I learned my daughter couldn't eat gluten products. Some have been okay. This one is heavenly. I really wouldn't know it was a gluten-free product if someone served it to me. My daughter had to get over her suspicions that it tasted so much like regular pasta. Even my hard-to-please mother loves it. So far I've mostly tried it with spaghetti sauces, but I'm looking forward to being able to have pasta salads again this summer. I would give this six stars if I could.

This holds up well, has good taste and texture....with most of the gluten free food being bland, uneventful, tasteless, expensive...this at least gives us a choice with taste and texture...so...out of the choices showing brown rice flour....go with this type...makes being g.f. bearable...

This is one of the gluten free staples we keep in our pantry. The kids like it with just a little alfredo or marinara sauce and I love it with butter and cheese. Light tasting, doesn't overpower the sauce.
